The Champions League quarter final pairings

have been decided and as usual, reactions

have been trickling in.

One game to look out for is the Barcelona

clash against Atletico Madrid.

Luis Enrique side were eliminated by Atletico

at the same stage in the 2013-14 season,

this time, they will be seeking to become the

first team to retain the Champions League

after last season’s Treble.

In the other games, Real Madrid have been

handed a favourable draw against Wolfsburg,

currently mid-table in the Bundesliga, while

Bayern Munich will take on Benfica after

their dramatic victory over last season’s

beaten finalists Juventus in the round of 16.

However, the game already hugging major

headlines is the clash between PSG and

Manchester City.

The French champions PSG, face yet

another English opposition after their

success over Chelsea in the previous round.

The two teams have met only once

previously, in the 2008-09 UEFA Cup, when

they drew 0-0.

billed as ‘El Cashico’.
